Are the "active" ingredients stable?

Yes, all our “active” ingredients are stable and have passed an accelerated stability laboratory test.

Do your products have expiration dates?

Typically, the expiration date is 3 years from date of manufacturing and 1 year from the date of opening.

Shipping, Returns & Customer Support
Shipping time

We offer free shipping to our US customers. It typically takes 4-5 business days. We provide tracking information on all our shipments for your convenience.

Return Policy

Orders are guaranteed by a 30-day return policy. If you wish to process a return, please return the bottle to us at your own expense and we will provide a refund.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
